    Welcome to Khyratna! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile app and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

    2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 17 years old to use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

    3. Account Registration

         To access certain features of our app and website, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
    • Keep your account information updated.
    • Maintain the confidentiality of your login details.
    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

    4. Account Use

    • You are entirely responsible for all activity on your account, including all orders that are placed from your account. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account immediately at our reasonable discretion.
    • If you are required to create a password as part of our security procedures during the registration process, you must treat such information as confidential and you must not disclose it to any third party.

    4. Product Listings

    We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of the products listed on Khyratna. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. If a product offered by Khyratna is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

    5. Order Process

    • After placing an order on our Website by clicking "Place Order," you will see an automated message displayed immediately. Please note, this is not a confirmation or acceptance of your order from us.
    • We will then send you a confirmation email to let you know that your order is being processed. Please note, this email does not signify acceptance of your order.
    • Finally, we will send you an email receipt confirming the products ready for delivery or collection, including any substitutions. This email signifies that we have accepted your order, and a legally binding contract is now in place between you and us.

    5. Pricing and Payment

    All prices listed on our platform are in GBP and are subject to change without notice. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and digital wallets. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you provide.

    6. Shipping and Delivery

    We will make every effort to ensure that your products are delivered within the estimated delivery times. However, delivery times are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Shipping costs will be clearly indicated at checkout.

    • It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available at your delivery address during your selected timeslot. A signature may be required upon delivery, and the person signing must be over 17 years old.
    • If no one is home when we attempt delivery, or the individual present cannot meet our ID or age requirements, we will attempt to contact you by phone. If we are unable to reach you, we will leave a notice of the delivery attempt and contact you to reschedule. We will not leave your order unattended at your address.
    • In certain situations, we may agree to leave your order with a neighbor, but this is done at your own risk, and we are not liable for any losses incurred.
    • If your order is returned due to our failure to deliver it within your booked timeslot and we manage to contact you to arrange a new delivery date and time, we will redeliver your order at no extra cost.

    7. Returns and Refunds

    Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

    This Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through the Khyratna website and mobile app.

    1. Your Right to Cancel

    If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after the products are delivered to you, unless the products fall within one of the exclusions listed below.

    You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your order.

    To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us clearly in writing within the 14-day cancellation period. You can do this by emailing our Customer Services team at:

    2. Returning Products After Cancellation

    After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you must return the eligible products to us within 14 days.

    Returned products must be unused, unopened where applicable, in their original condition, and in their original packaging where possible. You must take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.

    Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

    3. Refunds

    We will refund eligible returned products using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

    We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned products or within 14 days of receiving proof that you have returned the products, whichever occurs first.

    We may reduce your refund if the value of the products has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

    Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. Any additional delivery charges chosen by you, such as express or premium delivery, may not be refunded beyond the cost of our standard delivery option.

    4. Products That Cannot Be Returned for Change of Mind

    The right to cancel does not apply to certain products, including:

    1. products that are personalised, customised, or made to your specific instructions;

    2. sealed beauty, fragrance, skincare, moisturizer, cosmetic, or hygiene products that have been opened, unsealed, used, or are no longer suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons;

    3. products that have been used, damaged, altered, or are not returned in a resaleable condition due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them;

    4. sealed audio, video, or computer software products once unsealed; and

    5. any other products that cannot be cancelled or returned under applicable consumer law.

    These exclusions do not affect your legal rights if the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed.

    5. Beauty, Fragrance, Skincare and Moisturizer Products

    For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, beauty, fragrance, skincare, moisturizer, cosmetic, and similar products must be returned unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a change-of-mind return.

    We cannot accept returns of these products if they have been opened, used, tested, unsealed, or tampered with, unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed.

    6. Household, Dinnerware and Serveware Products

    Household items, dinnerware, serveware, and similar products may be returned if they are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging where possible.

    You must package these items securely when returning them. We may not be able to provide a full refund if the product is returned damaged due to poor packaging or handling by you.

    7. Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect, or Misdescribed Products

    If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed, please contact us as soon as possible at:

    Please include your order number, details of the issue, and photographs where possible.

    Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Where required by law, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement, or other remedy.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    Khyratna and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from using our services is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

    10. Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Khyratna, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or harms other users of our services.

    11. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Country].
